Plavnieki is one of quickly developing districts of the city of Riga. During the last years, there have been erected many shops and administrative buildings. Erection of modern new buildings is also expanding in this district. Our company engages in one of such projects.
“MPark” is a complex of modern 9, 8, 7 – storey dwelling-houses that soon will appear on Ulbrokas 12 c-1, 12 c-2, 12 c-3 Street.
The first 9-storey house will have 71 flats, the second one – of 8 stories – will have 64 flats and the last one - 7-storey house will have 56 flats. Flat area will be from 44 to 117 square meters plus balconies, loggias or terraces, depending of storey.
The buildings will be made of cast-in-situ frame with wall block filling, heated and plastered.
Not far from the residential area there are located supermarkets “MEGO”, MAXIMA”, SAULITE”, “BETA”, “DREILINI” market and bank centre, out-patients’ clinic, kindergartens, schools No. 92 and 88.
The developed transport service allows easy to get to any place of our town. Moreover, the commenced construction of the new South Bridge and intensive construction and improvement of new roads will make transport service more convenient and quicker.
The first 9-storey house will be ready in autumn 2006.
